Research-use restriction

Products and information are offered solely for legitimate laboratory research. Products are not for human or animal consumption or for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, dietary, cosmetic, or veterinary use. You may not request products for a prohibited purpose.

Eligibility and account accuracy

You must be at least 21 years old, be a qualified professional, and provide accurate, current business, research-affiliation, and field-of-research information. You electronically acknowledge these Terms by selecting “I Agree” before account creation. We may restrict, suspend, or decline access or a request when verification, destination, availability, documentation, or legal review is incomplete.

No diagnosis, treatment, or prevention

No product or website information is intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.

No professional services

We do not provide medical advice, healthcare services, clinical treatment, medical diagnosis, legal advice, regulatory consulting, or veterinary advice. Customers remain responsible for applicable laws, licensing, privacy obligations, institutional rules, and professional standards.

Requests are not automatically accepted

Catalog availability, pricing, shipping estimates, and emailed request summaries do not by themselves create an accepted order. A request is subject to review and separate confirmation. Do not send payment unless an accepted method and final total are confirmed in writing.

Documentation and site content

Certificates apply only to the identified submitted samples and lots. Site content is provided for general research-documentation purposes and may be updated. Nothing on this site represents FDA approval or suitability for human or animal use.

The FDA & Research-Use Disclaimer, including handling-risk, prohibited-use, customer-responsibility, and indemnification terms, is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
