Track a USPS shipment

Enter the tracking number from your shipment email.

Shipping estimates

Checkout offers USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail for a flat $12 shipping charge. USPS service-standard estimates appear after address validation when available. Estimated dates are not guarantees.

Destination review

Shipping is limited to validated physical addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, international addresses, and PO boxes are not accepted.

Tracking

A tracking number can exist only after a request has been accepted, prepared, and transferred into the shipping workflow. Carrier scans and delivery timing are controlled by USPS.

Discreet packaging

Accepted shipments are prepared in plain outer packaging without product names or research-material details displayed on the exterior. Required carrier labels, sender information, and legally required markings remain visible.

Signature requirement

Every accepted shipment requires an adult signature with age 21+ confirmation upon delivery.

Problems with a shipment

Email us promptly with your verified account email, request details, photos of the package and label, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging and materials while the issue is reviewed.

Returns

Do not send research materials back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Any approved remedy depends on the documented circumstances, product condition, chain-of-custody considerations, and applicable requirements.
